- 100% genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes
- Drawn from the ancient Zechstein seabed in Europe, an ultra-pure magnesium source
- Magnesium chloride flakes are approximately 47% magnesium chloride by weight (with naturally occurring crystalline water)
- Directions for use
- Dissolve in warm water (approximately 39°C)
- Soak for 20 minutes or more
- Following bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry
- For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups
- For body soaks, dissolve up to 1 full bag
How To Use
- Dissolve 1 - 3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes in warm water (approximately 39°C), soak for 20 minutes or more
