Dosage
- Adults: 1 teaspoon (4 g) 30 minutes before bedtime in 200 mL water or juice
- Children 2 - 6 years: ¼ teaspoon (1 g) 30 minutes before bedtime, mixed in 200 mL water or juice
- Children 7 - 11 years: ⅓ teaspoon (1.5 g) 30 minutes before bedtime, mixed in 200 mL water or juice
- Children 12 - 18 years: ½ teaspoon (2 g) 30 minutes before bedtime, mixed in 200 mL water or juice
