Preconception Multi for Women is a multivitamin, multimineral and antioxidant that has been specially formulated to help enhance preconception health.
- A multivitamin, multimineral and antioxidant formulated to support female preconception
- Provides B vitamins in their metabolically active forms to support homocysteine metabolism
- Contains key nutrients such as iodine, CoQ10, iron and zinc
- Formulated to help:
- Support a healthy pregnancy
- Prepare the body for pregnancy
- Support healthy foetal growth and development
- Free from copper, soy, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, gluten, lactose, msg, nuts, oats and other grain-derived ingredients or peanuts
- Free from sulphites, sucralose, wheat, yeast magnesium stearate, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, pine and titanium dioxide
- No other artificial colours, flavours and preservatives
- Vegan friendly and GMO free
Dosage
- 2 capsules daily with food
- For best results, treatment is recommended to start 3 - 4 months prior to conception
Warnings

- Advise your doctor of any medication you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester

- Contains iodine; caution in concurrent use with thyroid medication
- Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg retinol equivalents for women and 900 µg equivalents for men
- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist
- When taken in excess of 3000 µg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects
- Contains vitamin B6; stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
